We are an ecommerce enterprise since 1994. We go to great lengths to make the shopping as personal as possible by housing a skilled staff of experienced sales people to assist you over the phone with any of your questions.

Q: What can I do if I'm dissatisfied with an item?
A: You can exchange or return an item within 5 days of receiving your order.
Customer is responsible for return shipping expenses.
If the error is ours, we will absorb the shipping costs.

Q: Do you accept Checks or Money Orders?
A: If you would like to pay by check simply choose "Mail order / Bank Check" as the payment method when you get the billing information page. Remember, we can only ship your order after the check has cleared our bank.

Q: How do I report a damaged or item delivered wrongfully?
A: You need to contact the company via Email within 7 days and report the problem. We will guide you how to have the item returned or replaced very easily. Email address:
P.S. We will not be able to honor items damaged in transit after this time frame.

Q: How do I redeem a Gift Certificate?
A: Shop for the items you like and proceed to checkout. You will be asked for the Gift Certificate number in the billing page at checkout.

Q: Do you ship outside the US?
A: Yes we do ship internationally on a daily basis. You can place international orders on our website.

Q: When will my order arrive?
A: Regular in stock items sent in the 48 States typically arrive within 2 to 8 business days from the time we receive your order. We do ask for a day or 2 to process any order even when you select express shipping, so if you absolutely need that order immediately please contact us first so we will make sure we get it out right-a-way.

Special items that need personalization of any kind may take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to deliver. (Contact us for special rush orders).

Q: Can I include a "gift card" to my order, and do you "Gift Wrap"?
A: After adding an item to your cart you will be asked if you wish to gift-wrap and include a gift message.
If the shipping address is different than the billing address we will not include an invoice with the package.

Zion Shipping information
We ship globally at the most competitive rates, compare and save.
Oversized or overweight packages are subject to additional charges or we will split the order in two separate packages.

Shipping Methods:
Standard Ground: UPS / postal service - Up to 1-8 business days.
USPS: Priority Mail - 3-8 business days (recommended for rural addresses).
3 Day Select: UPS - guaranteed 3 days in transit.
2 Day Air: UPS - Guaranteed 2 days in transit.
Next Day Air: UPS - Guaranteed 1 day in transit.
International Shipping: UPS or Postal Service - depending on the destination.

We reserve the right to charge additional if the address is in a rural area.

Shipping out of the US
Orders for shipment outside the United States are subject to applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. The recipient must pay any additional charges that may be needed for customs clearance. Zion has no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country.

Return Policy
We work hard to bring you the finest Judaica collection, if you are not happy with an item you received you can return any unused item for exchange or money back within 5 days of receiving the order. Customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.

* Items that were personalized such as Kippot, embroidered items, all Rings and personalized jewelry etc. cannot be returned nor exchanged.

If your product is defective or if we shipped you the wrong item you may return it within 5 business days for a replacement and we will absorb the shipping costs.

All returned merchandise must be unused and in the condition you received it including original packaging (carton, wrapping, labels, tags, and manuals).

We cannot give refunds for Sterling Silver items. However, you may exchange it for another item of equal or higher value.

We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee.

Seasonal items can only be returned and delivered to our warehouse before the start of that season or Holiday; otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Prior to returning any item you must contact us via-email or call us at 1-800-336-2291 to receive a return authorization number (RMA#). Please place the RMA# on the package.
For your protection, make sure to insure the package. Zion will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Sales Tax
We collect Sales Tax only on shipments sent in NY State.
